The Concept

​​​This is a new service we are developing. Due to our busy schedules and the time we spend on the road checking out projects, we are creating a way to help you get budgets and formal proposals without site visits. 

It's easy. You send us your project information, and a few pictures.We evaluate your information, and send you back a few clarifying questions.  After our questions are answered, we send you a proposal.  It's that simple... no meetings, no site visits, no parking fees and no travel time or traffic. If the budget looks good to you, and you would like to proceed, we schedule a site visit to finalize details.

• Send us a rough sketch, and pictures of the existing conditions.
  
• Send us a rough sketch of the proposed new work (Please add some dimensions, size of the rooms or offices, and the ceiling height).
  
• Send us a scope of work: remove this wall, add this new door and cabinetry, patch walls, ceilings, flooring, repaint in areas, add these lights or electrical outlets, replace these ceiling tiles, add this cabinetry.
  
• Tell us when you propose to do the work and when we can have access to the space: regular hours, off hours, weekends.
  
• Let us know if you or your landlord require informal drawings, or full architectural and engineered stamped drawings and permits.
